Years ago the 14th Amendment was created.

A generation later the Federal Reserve Act was past and a usurious money system overseen by the “bankers bank” was established.

Then came the Federal Birth Registration Area followed immediately by the induced economic crash called the Depression.

Then there were numerous government benefit programs established which did nothing to bring the country out of this economic slump but addicted many to the idea that big government can be your salvation in spirit and in truth.

All you need was to have faith in government, pray to that government for your benefits and allow that government to exercise authority over those who will not give what that Benefactor thinks is a fair contribution.

Apathy and avarice were cultivated in a greenhouse of pride.

A war was started to change peoples thinking even more, foster patriotism, to rid the new world order of people who would not swear allegiance to one government or another and to stimulate the economy.

What is the next step to clean up those few stubborn souls who wish not to be a part of a government that calls itself a benefactor but exercises authority one over the other?¹

The answer is obvious to the prophetic heart or the honest student of history.

Being Born Again

In almost every country birth registration is very much the same. The first recorded compulsory birth registration I know of was 168 AD when Marcus Aurelius, while attempting to patch up an economically ailing Roman economy, required that the births of all Children were to be registered within thirty days with the local Registrar or the Treasury Department.

The State already held the Patrimonial office of Parentes Loci just as the US does today. In fact the power of government is based on the invested power of the natural Father held by government. They had income tax which was a patrimonial right as it is today². They had legal title³ and property tax, sales tax, etc. None of which existed in God’s kingdom from the beginning.

Birth registration is the first step in a three part plan to place everyone under the authority of the state, with the state standing in the position of your Father. Birth registration is being born to the state through the wombs of human resources. As Samuel said they have taken your sons and daughters and Christ’s kingdom is your only salvation.

Christians were heavily persecuted by Marcus, who was the President and commander in chief of Rome,⁴ at least because they would not register their children, they had a separate system of government and would not apply [pray⁵] for Roman⁶ benefits and because they were often accused of not paying their fair share in taxes⁷ that come from these systems of patrimonial excise.⁸

Today, birth registration is again compulsory⁹ and Christians are forced to deal with the problems the early Church faced concerning persecution for not registering their children with another father upon the earth¹⁰ but they often have only 5 days to comply or suffer the possibility of being charged with a class A misdemeanor.¹¹

What is birth registration all about and how does it work?

What is the solution?

What was it then?

Can it be found individually or as a peculiar people, a kingdom of God?

In Roman tradition when a child was born he would be laid at the feet of the father and if the father chose to pick him up he became heir to the benefits of his Father's House. The Father became the child’s Benefactor, with that protection and benefit also come subjection to authority and power (potestas) of that house or government.

Birth registration may be connected to where you were born but it is not merely a record of location. It is also not a contract but it may become cognizable in a contract that is constructed from a series of events. This is all covered in the article Call no man on earth Father.¹²

So, how can we implement an early Christian solution to our present dilemma? First we need to understand what the certificate is actually certifying.

You can actually be born in another country or jurisdiction and obtain a birth certificate in this country or jurisdiction. One way is to be born somewhere else but be immediately carried by a vehicle to this country before the child figuratively touches the ground or is eligible to be registered anywhere else.¹³

What if the child is born somewhere else and then obtains a birth certificate in the United States? Well that too is done regularly.¹⁴ An interesting point is made that the birth certificate issued is not proof of US citizenship.¹⁵

Why not?

There are some who seek to expatriate. Ex-patria-tion is leaving your fathers house. It is a term that is applied to those who leave one patrimonial estate and apply or enter another.

Everyone has expatriated the Father in Heaven and gone under the authority of another father on earth. What you want to do is repatriate to the Father and that is only done through Christ and the kingdom he appointed to his faithful disciples. They have been called the Church but 2000 years later there are many things called the Church.

Among the states and the Federal government a registered birth establishes “full faith and credit”. Other governments that are not a part of the Federal Birth Registration Area of the US but also have full faith and credit registration. All governments are not a part of the same system. Although a birth certificate may be issued by another foreign state the new certificate cannot remove the original claim. It may be important to note that the original birth is in another jurisdiction. The new certificate is required the name of the state who insists upon issuing a certificate to take note that a certificate is already issued in another jurisdiction. Is there a Baselius Ouronos eggus, the Kingdom of Heaven at hand?

Some try to break the connection to that state one step at a time without putting on the full armor of God. Of course first that armor is spiritual and we have all seen those who wish to be baptized without repenting or wish to change the outside without changing the inside.

The world does not see spiritual things. They see evidence in the forms of the world. They are looking for documents that could be authenticated "using the chain authentication method".

This is why we produce birth certificates and Baptismal certificates. We also produce a marriage license which is issued by the authority of the parents but witnessed by the Church and sealed. Just entering the record of the wedding in your Bible leaves you as a witness alone. Yes, God is a witness too but who stands as a witness of your Holy Matrimony¹⁶ on behalf of you and God? This has been the job of the Church from the beginning, even of the Church in the wilderness.

Even a marriage contract is insufficient between the parties by itself to stand against the world. Does the couple have the capacity to contract? Even if the parents sign a certification of permission to marry [Church Marriage license¹⁷] there is still a question if the parents had the authority to do grant permission.

This solution is just one step farther from the grasp of Pharaoh. Often what some see as a win in rebutting presumptions is nothing more than tactics where you win a skirmish while the enemy continues to prepare to win the war. One must seek the kingdom not tactics. One must work together in one accord with others not simply try to save himself.

Contract makes the law but some states have already specified they do not recognize covenant marriages. The big question will eventually arise who and where is the remedy for that private contract? All contracts are formed under one law or another. The state will assume that your matrimonial contract is signed under their authority either because of other constructive nexuses created by the individuals themselves or by the acts of their parents before them or simply by default.

If there is no jurisdiction or law to call upon for remedy in a contract then the state will step in and assume that role. This is what the kingdom of God was all about as established by Moses and appointed by Jesus. You were to resolve your disputes amongst yourself and if not there then before the congregation of the people and if not there then you could appeal to the Church. This is what the cities of refuge truly were. They were nothing more than an appeals court. Until the Church has relinquished its right of arbitration the State cannot assume jurisdiction.

No that is not an easy argument or position to win but if the Church is truly the Church it will not depend on logic but upon spirit. If we loose sight of the spirit our logic and law will fail us.

Some will say the remedy is at common law but where will you find the “large body of freeman” upon which that law so heavily relies. Even if you find men who claim to be Sui Juris¹⁸ in an autonomous jural society where is the land held in allodium [title including the usufruct] which is necessary to qualify as a freeman?

If men will not come together they will fall separately. If men will not profess the kingdom and its ministers in faith, hope and charity in word and deed then they will fall under tribute. If men will not come together under God with humility in one Accord to maintain the entrance¹⁹ to the kingdom then there will be no exodus. Jesus did not appoint the kingdom so that people will have some place to go on Sundays and Sabbaths.

I believe right now the people are a scattered flock. They have been under a strong delusion for some time.

They have been told that the kingdom of God is not at hand.

They are told that all you need is a form of godliness but you can deny the power there of.

That all you have to do is believe in Jesus but they do not tell you that he was a king and for that cause he came into the world and appointed a kingdom and said to strive and to swear not and keep the commandments and be doers of the word and will of the Father and apply only to that Father in heaven and not any other Father on earth.

The Exodus and Pentecost were literally moments of national repatriation to our Father in Heaven through adoption of the ways of God and the turning away from the ways of Cain and the bondage of Egypt and Rome.

For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. Ro 8:15
