To Study, to Learn, to Know
Infinite learning in an infinite kingdom
"What gets us into trouble is not what we don't know.

Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. (2Ti 2:15)
In this quote from Timothy we are told to study
but is that what the author is saying? The Greek word translated into 'study' appears eleven times in the New Testament and is only translated 'study' once. Normally it is translated 'endeavour'. It appears two other times in Timothy and is translated 'do diligence' both times. In Hebrews 4:11 it is translated "Let us labour". It is defined, " to hasten, make haste; to exert one's self, endeavour, give diligence"
Study and learning is certainly apart of seeking the kingdom but we cannot truly show ourselves approved without diligently endeavouring to labor for that kingdom and its righteousness.
We have attempted to lay out our witness concerning the whole gospel of the kingdom in step by step way to open up new insights and perceptions. Learning is a process that requires applying what we learn so that we may learn more.

Study Series
