    Guidelines for His Church Trust

    Annotated

    1. His Church Trust is a irrevocable ministerial charitable trust.

    [Faith is an essential part of the Kingdom of Heaven and a trust requires Faith and Hope. Charity is the Life blood of the Kingdom and if charity given is not irrevocable it cannot be pure.

    1 Corinthians 13:13 And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these [is] charity.

    Mark 10:45 For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.].

    2. The Grantors of the trust are the people who grant tangible or intangible property to His Church Trust for the conversion of its use to Jesus Christ, His Kingdom and His servants.

    [All that we have was given us by God the Father and all was redeemed by Christ Jesus. If we are to be Christ like then given of ourselves in service must be done in Spirit and Truth, in Word and in Deed.

    Matthew 24:46 Blessed [is] that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.

    Acts 20:35 I have shewed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.]

    3. The Trustees of His Church Trust are nominated by the represented members of the congregations1 of the people and appointed by the Protectors of the Trust. [see Form A6:6}

    [ His Holy Church is appointed by Jesus Christ but the people must choose to recognize its position as they needed to recognize Jesus Christ as the Highest Son of David. His Holy Church is not to exercise authority over the people therefore the business of governing the people is in the hands of the people and they must decide who they will trust business of the ministration and who they will call upon for the sanction or blessing of the Father?

    Colossians 4:1 Masters, give unto [your] servants that which is just and equal; knowing that ye also have a Master in heaven.

    Acts 6:3 Wherefore, brethren, look ye out among you seven men of honest report, full of the Holy Ghost and wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business.

    Acts 6:6 Whom they set before the apostles: and when they had prayed, they laid [their] hands on them.]

1 Congregation. A congregation is a group acting in one accord. It is usually composed of groups of families which may be served by one minister. The minister is a member of the Church by appointment or anointing, the body of the clergy. Each family's spokesmen is its elder or their representative. Two or more elders form a congregation, more than twenty-four may be to many while 10 to 12 are generally thought to be ideal. Any gathering of congregations is also a congregation in assembly.

The individual congregations should be linked in Spirit and in practical and real ways by the communion of their Ministers in a congregation within the Church with the help and service of the Bishops and Archbishops chosen by them.

2 The servants of the Beneficiary are the members of His Holy Church. The belong to Jesus Christ and the Father and have no estate. Although they may use the consecrated property of the Church to maintain their family they have no estate all things being held in common. They have no authority over the trustees except to appoint or terminate.

3 Luke 19:13 And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come.
